I didn't design this to sell a notebook. I made it because it's the exact diary I keep every day — the memorable-moments list, the little habit grid, the soft weight line. Folio the app grew out of this book. Now the book is coming back, made properly, for anyone who wants the same calm ritual off the screen.

App + paper, the same ritual

Type on the days you're moving, write on the days you're still. Many people keep both — the app for capture, the diary for the quiet close.
